1) Heat the tortillas till air pockets form, heat a big with moderate high heat. Include  a tiny quantity of oil & spread it on bottom of the vessel with spatula. In a large flour tortilla & put it in the pan. Flip the tortilla a few times, ten secs between flips. Air pockets must start to form within the tortilla.

2) Drop cheese & other components. Once pockets of air start to make, take a handful of grated cheese, spray over the tortilla top, also check for the cheese to not land on pan. If the quesadilla start to smoke much, detach from heat. After a min. see if the cheese is melted. If not then return the cover & maintain the checking each min. till the cheese is melted.

4) Fold tortilla over: Once the cheese is melted enough, utilise a spatula to lift up a side of the chapati made quesadilla & flip over the different side, as if you were preparing omelette. The tortilla must be slightly browned. If it is not then , turn the heat up to high & flip the quesadilla each ten secs or so till it gets browned.

5) Detach the quesadilla from the vessel & cut in the wedges. To prepare the lettuce to company it, thinly chop a few iceberg lettuce. Spray a few cider vinegar on it & some salt. Distribute with lettuce, sour cream, guacamole & salsa.
