Vegetable Biryani Recipe For All Vegetarians!

Who do not love to have Biryani? Guess nobody is there who will say no to Biryani. It is pure love. All non-vegetarians love to have Biryani and the aroma of it make one salivate. Biryani is so strong with all its flavours blended together. The texture, the colour, the flavours and everything in a Biryani shall be perfect to make it what Biryani is all about.

Now the point is why shall it be a dish only for non-vegetarians? Vegetarians shall also get a chance to taste Biryani and do not regret for having such a dish. Vegetable Biryani Recipe

Here is what you have to do for a vegetable Biryani at home?
The first step is to soak some rice in water for ten minutes and then take the rice of the water. The next step is to get all the vegetables chopped along with some mint. Now add some oil in the pressure cooker and heat it up, then add up all the spices which include one bay leaf, some cardamoms, one cinnamon stick, one anise, six cloves, a pinch of cumin and some pepper corn crushed.

The next step is to fry green chillies and onion and then add ginger and garlic paste; fry till the smell of raw onions are gone. Then add all the chopped vegetable to it. Now add water or coconut milk as required and add salt and lemon to taste. When the water starts boiling add the rice and then put on the lid and let it cook till the first whistle and put the oven off. When the cooker settles down open up the lid, your veg Biryani is ready to serve.

You can have it any curry or raita. You can also cut some salads and have that with the Biryani. You can try this at home and will never regret about it.
