Ingredients for Dates Apple Kheer:
- black dates-1/2 cup
- apple-1 1/4 cup
- sugar-2 teaspoon
- water as per the requirement
- corn-flour-2 teaspoon
- sugar-free pellets-2 tsp
- low-fat milk-5 cup
How to prepare Dates Apple Kheer:
Step 1) Clean the apples & utilising a washed chopping board separately chop the dates and apples. Put them besides till required again. In a vessel pour one cup milk & cornflour. Combine well & put the mixture beside for further usage.
Step 2) Put a frying vessel over moderate flame, pour the water in it followed by sugar & apples. Cook for around five mins or till the apples become tender. Put the mixture besides till required again.
Step 3) Put a deep-bottom vessel over a moderate flame & pour milk in it, let the milk come for boiling. When done, fastly drop the cornflour-milk mix in the vessel. Combine properly for about three to four mins.
Step 4) Now, drop the chopped dates into the vessel & stir it constantly. Cook for five mins. Detach the vessel from flame & let the dates-milk mix cool down.
Step 5) Drop the apple mixture followed by sugar-free pallets to the dates mixture. Combine properly to combine both the mix together. Distribute it fresh and hot!
