Ingredients for Laddu Paratha:
  • motichoor laddoo - 5
  • refined oil as per the requirement
  • Ghee - 4 tablespoon
  • wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • water as per the requirement

How to prepare Laddu Paratha:

Step 1) Break the laddu in a big vessel & put them beside until needed.

Step 2) Then, take a dough kneading dish & combine together the sugar, wheat flour, refined oil for around five mins. Post this, gradually pour some water into it & knead a smooth dough.

Step 3) Form some tiny balls from the dough & roll it slightly in the shape of poori. Include some motichoor Laddu mixture in the poori & close it tightly from every end, so that the mixture doesn’t come out. Utilising a slight flour, roll it in a paratha & place a tawa over moderate flame.

Step 4) Place a little ghee over the tawa & put the paratha onto it. Fry the paratha till it becomes crispy and brown fro both ends. Have it hot!
