Ingredients for Burnt Garlic and Mint Chutney:
- Garlic - 11 cloves
- salt as per requirement
- curd (yoghurt) - 2 cup
- Ginger - 1 1/2
- mint leaves - four
- lemon juice - two tbsp
- green chilli - three
- Water - 30 ml
How to prepare Burnt Garlic and Mint Chutney:
Step 1) Take garlic cloves & peel them. Heat oil in a vessel on a moderate flame & saute the cloves until they become light brown.
Step 2) Then, take a blender & put ginger, green chillies, mint leaves and garlic cloves in it. Pour water into it & blend it to form a paste. Pour yoghurt to the paste & blend again.
Step 3) Take the chutney out in a little bowl & squeeze lemon juice onto it, mix properly & serve it chilled with the favourite snack items.
