The paneer dish is made with green chilies, milk, ginger, sendha namak, red chili powder, fresh cream & last but not the least, the paneer. Ingredients for Paneer Lababdar:
Paneer - 400 gm
Tomato - one
Melon seeds - one tbsp
Refined oil - two tbsp
Turmeric - one tbsp
Sendha namak - two tbsp
Cashew - 5
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Green chili - two
Black cumin seeds - one tbsp
Milk - 200 ml
For Garnishing:
Fresh cream - two tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
How to prepare Paneer Lababdar:
Step 1) To make the delicious dish, blend together tomato, cashews, melon seeds, green chilies and ginger. Cut the paneer in cubes & put aside.
Step 2) Put a saucepan over a moderate flame & heat oil into it. When the oil is sufficiently hot, add shahi jeera or black cumin seeds into the vessel & allow it to splutter for a while. Now, have the tomato masala and cashews in the vessel, & allow it to saute for a while.
Step 3) Now, have red chili powder, turmeric along with the sendha namak into the vessel & stir to combine. Now, pour milk into the vessel & boil for the few minutes (two to four mins). When the gravy is cooked, have paneer pieces into the vessel.
Step 4) Garnish using fresh cream & sprinkle garam masala on the dish. Paneer Lababdar is prepared, you could enjoy with the favorite paratha!
